(iv) The unit rates quoted by contractor in BOQ shall be deemed to include for above provision and no extra claim will be entertained by the Department at late date in this respect

Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arriaived after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embosed with contractor's firm name while carriying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date.
