Erection of Steel Tubular Pole L.T.:- Digging of Pit , Drilling of holes in Pole X-Arm , Erection of Pole , Erection of X-Arm , Shackle Insulator,Painting of Pole and Filling of Pit and Ramming Complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including all types of lead lift and other incidental Etc.

Erection of L.T.Stay Set.:- Digging of Pit , Fixing of Stay road ,Nozzeling & tightening Complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including all types of lead lift and other incidental Etc.

Sagging of Conductor (ACSR/AAAC 50/55 for L.T.Line) :- Laying of Conductor , Stringing and Sagging and Binding with Insulator Complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including all types of lead lift and other incidental Etc.

Sagging of G.I.Wire (8 SWG):- Laying of G.I.Wire,Stringing and Sagging and Binding with Insulator Complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including all types of lead lift and other incidental Etc.

Material Part LT:- Providing D - Shackle Assembly,D-Iron made of 50X 6mm M.S.Flat suitable for 3" X 3.5" Shackle insulator having three holes, One in each side suitable for use with 16 mm bolt.D-Iron to be painted with superior quality Black Japan paint.The size of D-Iron will be 125X75mm .The weight of D-Iron should not be less than 750 grams,Shackle insulator size of 3" X3.50" and Nut & bolt size of 12 mm X 125 mm, to fix the shackle insulator on D-iron. and Shackle Insulator (16 KN) Complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including all types of lead lift and other incidental Etc.

Providing L.T. Stay set made of M.S. round 1600 mm in length and 16 mm dia having threaded up to 300 mm on one end with one nut and one check nut to aviod slippage and an eye of 40 mm dia on other side and welded confirming to REC specification. Elbow made of M. S Channel Iron 75 x 40x 6 mm, 250 mm long and M.S Round 16 mm dia, vertical height 300 mm, both ends bend after putting in two holes in Channel Iron taking the ends out 25 mm minimum in length and welded with Channel iron one anchor of Angle Iron 65 x 65x6 mm,750 mm in length with one hole of 20 mm dia in the centre including gay assembly .The complete stay set shall be painted with superior quality black Japan paint.with Stay hook Complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including all types of lead lift and other incidental Etc.

Providing Stay 7/3.15 SWG wire of superior Quality as staisfication of Engineer-in-Charge i/c all type of lead,lifts and other incidentals for stay set as required

Providing Nuts & Bolts of various Sizes(Galvanised/Coated) Preferably 16 mm dia or more (With flat and Spring Washer)
