Material and Labour for repairing /servicing / cleaning / testing complete of 25 TR capacity chiller unit of existing make complete with replacement of worn out / unserviceable parts and reassembling the same after complete repair with accessories as nut, bolts, washers etc installation on existing foundation coupling with existing electrical motor with proper alignment including testing, commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note :- Servicing work of chiller unit to be done by the authorised representative of OEM. Condensor/Chiller coil cleaning by Basic chemical of approved make with preventing equipment from cleanser and avoiding any hazard to human being from chemical reaction.Testing shall be done for leak test, vaccum test, insulation, HV, wiring and performance test with complete test report with actual reading and read standerd parameter reading duly signed by HVAC maint Engineer/Tech of reputed firm. All spares parts as required for repair /servicing shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'.

Supply only in replacement of the following parts/items as per existing make & model, suitable for 25TR capacity chiller unit

(i) Compressor oil R1 134 A

(ii) Temperature sensor as suit to existing

(iii) Gas sensor as suit to existing

(iv) Dryer for 25 TR capacity chiller of size 3/8"

(v) Solenoid switch as suit to existing.

(vi) LP/HP cut out switch suitable for existing AC plant cap 25TR

(vii) Water cooled chiller main controller circuit PCB as suit to existing

(viii) Pressure gauge analog type with stainless steel syphon suitable for HVAC plant of capacity 25 TR

Material and Labour for repair/servicing greasing etc of compressor motor capacity upto 3 to 7.5 HP of repair / replacement of Ball bearing of motor and Remetling grinding and polishing of motor shaft to required size all as directed refixing the same with existing compressor with proper alignment.

S&F in repair, PCB assy complete with display model no SCR 13 TR (MPD) V4 type Delux HMI range 10/7/2 current range 5/30 A Aux supply 0-11VAC, 0-13VAC display model no. 13 TR HMI (5-30A) make Voltas including testing all as directed and specified by EIC.

Supply & Charging Refrigerant gas R 407 C at Centre type AC plant . Note -Leakage detection using Nitrogen gas if requred is deeemed to included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for descaling of condenser of 13.62 / 25.4 TR AC Plant after opening from both side and using the descaling compound and brushes with long iron rod to clean the deposition in side the copper tubes and check the water flow in side the tubes including replacement of gasket set, nuts and bolt all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Condensor/Chiller coil cleaning by Basic chemical of approved make with preventing equipment from cleanser and avoiding any hazard to human being from chemical reaction.

Servicing of Hot water Generator as per manufacturer norms of capacity 24 / 30 KW model No RC 24 / 30, 2 steps any make complete as directed and specified by EIC.

S&F in repair, heating element / coil as per sample of hot water generator of capacity 24 / 30 KW model No RC 24 / 30, 2 steps any make as per sample complete as directed and specified by EIC.

Material and Labour for repairing/servicing / cleaning complete of Air Handiling Unit capacity of 6000 CFM, complete with replacement of worn out /unserviceable parts and rectify the leakages and reassembling the same after complete repair/leakages with accessories as nust, bolts, washers etc installation on existing foundation coupling with existing electrical motor with proper alignment including testing, commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No. 47 above but capacity of 9000 CFM

All as per item No.47 above but capacity of 10000 CFM

Note : cost of welding work for connection and disconnection of valve and pipeline, cost of MS pipe heavy duty of size 3"/2.5"/4" upto 3 mtrs pieces is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for rewinding of blower fan motor of capacity 6000 to 10000 CFM with all accessories required for installing and connection complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing in replacement air filter of AHU of size as existing suitable for AHU of following capacity :-

(ii) 9000 CFM

Material and Labour for cleaning, servicing of cooling tower of capacity upto 30 TR AC Plant with cleaning agent complete pipe lines, and FRP tank, greasing, servicing of cooling tower, motor and fan & make the necessary alignment Note :- Condensor/Chiller coil cleaning by Basic chemical of approved make with preventing equipment from cleanser and avoiding any hazard to human being from chemical reaction.

Supply and fixing in repair of following spare parts of cooling tower motor of capacity 1/3 HP, 3 Ph 415 Volts, 50 Hz,

(i) Rotor shaft with rotor

(ii) Bearing as existing size and model.

(iii) Immersion proof cable gland as existing.

(iv) Connection plate

(v) Outer casing with anti corrosion coating on the outside.

Disconnecting the electrical connection and taking down the burnt out cooling tower motor of capacity 1 to 3 Hp from any location and transporting to workshop for repair, dismantling the motor & taking out burnout copper winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire as pr existing gauge including replacement of bering & correcting minor defects reassembling, transporting motor from workshop to site, reinstalled at site, reconnecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note :- Contractor must ensure reinstallation of motor and make motor functional after rewinding within 48 Hrs of receiving the complaint. Any delay will be fined Rs 1000 per hour

Material and labour for replacement unserviceable ball bearing of Cooling Tower of capacity of 30 TR including all necessary lathe works as required and greasing etc complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for replacement unserviceable sprinkler Assy of Cooling Tower of capacity upto 30 TR complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair unserviceable CT fan blade of cooling tower of capacity upto 30 TR as per existing size.

Material and labour for replacement of cooling pad / Fills for cooling tower/ air cooling plant including complete fitting as existing at various instalations.

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable sluice valve flanged of class1.6 PN of 80 mm dia and necessary fittings

Disconnecting, dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable cables of any description & in any position and supplying, fixing & testing new three core, PVC insulated, armoured unsheathed Aluminium conductor cables, size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core suitable upto 1100 Volts conforming to IS-694 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old damaged AC duct insulation and supply and fixing for duct insulation with Alluminium laminated with nitrle insulation of thickness 13 mm and including the following:- (a) M & L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust,grease and other foreigen material, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakages. (b) M & L for appling rubber based adhesive CPRX compound.

Taking out old rusted alluminium cladding and Supply and fixing alluminium sheet as per existing size for cladding to exposed AC duct rectangular/ square duct made out of Hollow profile, duly factory boxed, including all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolts, gasket, with support of angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc as specified.
