Acid Proof tile laying and other civil works at Sulphate plant area at FACT Udyogamandal.

Dismantling and removing the existing CC/RCC works and conveying and depositing the debris at places pointed out within a distance of 150M as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling carefully the damaged portion of the existing Acid Resistant/Fire Proof/ Carbon bricks of all thickness without disturbing the unaffected lining works from floors, cooler basins, drains etc. of all shapes & sizes, neatly dressing and stacking the serviceable bricks for reuse and disposal of the unserviceable dismantled items at low lying areas / places pointed out with in the factory premises.

Dismantling carefully the damaged portion of the existing Acid Resistant Tiles of all thickness upto and including 40mm without disturbing the unaffected lining works from floors, drains, cooler basin etc. of all shapes & sizes, neatly dressing and stacking the serviceable bricks for reuse and disposal of the unserviceable dismantled items at low lying areas / places pointed out with in the factory premises.

Providing form work to RCC / CC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, struts, posts etc. including removal after completion/ curing for foundation footings, machine equipment foundations and pedastals over foundation footings, sides of trench walls, plinth beams and rafts, pile caps and mass concrete works etc.at all levels inside factory area.

Providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with MS or deformed bars including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with tying wire of suitable gauge etc.complete.( Only Reinforcement Rods will be issued free of cost by the company )

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-20 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix, and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer in - charge. NOTE- (1) Minimum Cement content shall be @ 300 kg/cum. Excess cement used as per design mix is payable separately. "(2) Fly ash conforming to grade I of IS 3812 (Part-1) only be used as part replacement of OPC as per IS: 456. Uniform blending with cement to be ensured in accordance with clauses 5.2 and 5.2.1 of IS:456 in the items of BMC and RMC.
