Operation of different Capacities of microprocessor based Centralized AC Plants, Water Cooled Package air-conditioning units & duct able air-cooled split AC units etc installed at Patna Airport by engaging manpower in three shifts on all days i/c Sundays & holidays as per detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract.

All-inclusive Comprehensive maintenance of capacity 2x 50HP Set (Make: Bluestar) microprocessor based modular duct able type variable refrigerant flow(VRF) AC units and comprising of all machineries, equipment’s installed i/c AHU's, electrical Control panel, starters, fan motor, interconnecting refrigerant piping, cabling, insulations, spares etc. with arresting of leakage, toping up of refrigerant gas, lubrication, rewinding/ replacing of all type of motors, inverter compressor's, filters and electrical components etc to keep the air conditioning units in serviceable condition all the time.

Supply & fixing of refrigerant copper tubing of suitable size for both suction and discharge along with nitrile/polythene foam insulation for tubing covering and electrical cable of suitable size copper conductor and communication cable from indoor to outdoor suitable for 3.0 TR/4.0 TR Air conditioner i/c laying/clamping on surface, chiselling & making good of wall etc connection complete as per requirement of site.

Supply & fixing of extra refrigerant copper tubing of suitable size for both suction and discharge along with nitrile/polythene foam insulation for tubing covering and electrical cable of suitable size copper conductor from indoor to outdoor suitable for 1.5 TR / 2.0 TR Air conditioner laying/clamping on surface, chiselling & making good of wall etc connection complete as per requirement of site.

Supply and installation of 20 mm dia hard PVC drain pipe with all accessories like bends, couplers, tees i/c chiselling, making good of wall or laying on surface etc as per site requirement complete as required.

Dismantling, shifting, re-installation, testing and commissioning of capacity 3.0 TR to 4.5 TR for all make & type (Cassette/Tower/Split) air-conditioner unit including topping up refrigerant, supply of suitable MS/GI stand etc complete as required as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling, shifting, re-installation, testing and commissioning of capacity up to 2.0 TR for all make & type (Cassette/Tower/Split) air-conditioner unit including topping up refrigerant, supply of suitable MS/GI stand etc complete as required as per direction of EIC.
