Earth work excavation for kerb wall around residential buildings in all types of soils up to a depth not exceeding 0.500 M from original average ground level, back filling around kerb wall and below plinth protection with excavated soil in layers not exceeding 150 MM, watering, consolidating including disposing of surplus earth to a lead of 50 Mts etc.., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate) using 40/20 mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality for kerb wall including form work, consolidation, leveling, finishing and curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and laying 115 mm thick brick masonry in kerb walls in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) using common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 including racking of joints, curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on brick masonry surfaces of kerb wall including curing etc., all complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and laying plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3coarse sand: 6graded aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75 mm thick bed of brick ballasts 40 mm nominal size mixed with cement and sand in the ratio 1:4:8, well rammed and consolidated, finishing the top with a floating coat of neat cement including necessary excavation, chipping existing cement plaster and exposing brick wall along external perimeter of buildings as required and curing etc.., all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the engineer.

Providing and applying two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved quality in approved shade over a coat of exterior wall primer of approved quality on external wall surface in even shade including removing layers of existing finish by scraping and sand papering by manually/mechanical means, doing necessary repair to scratches, filling cracks using birla wall care putty, water washing the entire surface, preparing the entire surface smooth and fit for primering and cleaning etc.., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
