BRICK SOLING (M&L) Supplying, Laying Bricks, sub class B, laid flat & dry include for laying on and including 25mm thick layer of sand and filling the joints with same., in floors. (M&L)

Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement Morter 1:6

Rendering cement plaster 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces.: cement plaster 1:6. rendering is to be finished even and smooth the additional thickness is provided as floating/setting coat (M&L).

Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in:-Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, M-25 (20 mm graded aggregate). M&L

Reinforcement TMT Bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips M& L

MS Framework conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates including Cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up, fixing and painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface)complete in all respect as directed by EIC.

Continious brick edging; with width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically with burnt clay bricks of sub class B old size bricks.

Formation of soling or sub base with broken boulders or quarried stone (thickness 150 mm or less), interstices filled, surface formed and consolidated to required gradient and camber including supply of road metal.

Scarifying or picking gravelled ,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm and Exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep

WATER BOUND MACADAM(M&L) 100 mm thick (Compacted thickness) water bound maccadem with Granite, trap or Basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size ) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required. M&L.

Rolling of WBM surfaces with power roller Exc 8 Ton & n.exc 12Ton, any thickness include for watering as necessary and consolidating to the required level, gradient or camber, keeping roller wheels wet, if required, filling in hollows and depressions, and the provision of water, animals, drivers, crew, fuel, labour, tools, etc.

Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer with Paving bitumen at 1kg per sq metre. a) Unsurfaced water bound macadam

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm with paving bitumen.

Premix bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted using of power roller to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less). Paving bitumen of any penetration as Binder material.

Rolling of Bituminous macadam surfaces with power roller Exc 8 Ton & n.exc 12Ton, any thickness include for watering as necessary and consolidating to the required level, gradient or camber,keeping roller wheels wet, if required, filling in hollows and depressions, and the provision of water, animals, drivers, crew, fuel, labour, tools, etc.

MASTIC ASPHALT ROAD: Providing and laying 25mm Thick bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, @ 5.61 Kg mixed with stone dust (Lime stone powder with calcium carbonate content value not more than 80%) @ 0.016 Cum, Stone chips of size 13.20mm and 12.20mm @ 0.012 Cum, Sand @ 0.005 Cum per Sqm prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope,including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% ) M & L

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’
