S & F in repair for Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles including DNB insulators and fixing screws,,washer etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for Test point terminal block of size 175 mm X120 X 80 mm made out of 2.0 mm thick hot dip galvanised sheet drilled and screwed including 4 Nos 125mm long hexagonal head screwed with test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 mm x75 mm x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

M & L earthing complete with Gl electrode 600x600x6.00mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to Gl earth strip 25 mm X4mm(up to 7.5 mtr length on earth plate) as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including 40 mm dia Gl tubing light grade and necessary fitting for protection of Gl strip including laying of charcoal, dust and common salt PCC (1:3:6) type C-l( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame & 40mm thick pre cast RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both way with mild steel handle 12 mm dia round bars ,10mm thick plastering with cement mortar (1:4) internally and upt0o 150 mm below ground level externally, PGI funnel with wire mesh 20mm dia Gl pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part -1 2009 and connected in earth testing point including testing completed all specified and directed.Note: Earth strip and its protection pipe up to and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode.

M&L for Earthing complete for poles/DBs with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal (ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point,GI tubing 20mm bore light grade protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel & wire mesh,charcoal dust and common salt 15cm in layers all round the earth plate, 40 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate )reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 75mm c/c both way with mild steel handle 20mm dia round bar , plastering 15mm thick with CM (1:6:) internally and upto 150mm below ground level externally and chamber of (size of pit 300 mm x 300 mm x 300mm internal diamentions) PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m & returning filling) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I including taking down old/ unserveciable existing earthing & making good disturbed surface of wall ,floors etc.complete all as directed. Notes: -(i) Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre. (ii) Earth filling shall be done by vegetable soil. (iii) Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.

S & F in repair for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with DNB insulators complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25 X 4 mm galvanised iron strip including necessary clamp s,nuts,bolts ,DNB insulators& hylem sheet block complete all as specified and directed.
