• The bidder (sole) should have carried out design / engineering, erection or supervision of erection, commissioning or supervision of commissioning of pipeline system in an Integrated Steel Plant of any Govt. Organization/PSU/Public Limited Company/Joint Venture Company wherein at least one partner shall be Central / State Govt. Organization/ PSU, for transportation of fuel gas like Coke Oven Gas / BF Gas / Mixed Gas involving pipeline network which includes at least one pipeline of size not less than DN 500 mm and its length of not less than 200 meters, in a single work, during the last 7 (seven) years as on the date of NIT.
• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder in last three consecutive financial years ending March 2024/March 2025 shall be at least Rs. 2.0 Crore (Rupees Two Crore only).
Turnover shall have the meaning ascribed to in section 2(91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revisions.
Net worth of the bidder should be positive as per the Audited annual accounts in the latest financial year of the three financial years considered for turnover.
