Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing, paint and similar type of surfaces by scrapping, sand papering etc. and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs including cost of all consumables, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Repairing of damaged/withered plastered area of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4coarse sand) including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Repairing and replacement of damaged/leaked undersurfaced water pipes in main bathroom by opening and shifiting of all bathroom fitting and fixtures, breaking off floor and walll tiles, chipping the plaster off, checking of the waterpipe lines, replacement of damaged/leaked water pipelines with best quality CPVC pipes and fitting, coating of water proofing chemical, re-plastering and re-tiling of the bathroom floor/walls and fixing of all bathroom fitting and fixtures including cost of all consumables, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Re-routing of surface wiring/conduiting existing on internal and external walls of office premises by exacavting/chipping off of plaster of vertical walls in proper sizes placement of conduits/wires/busbars etc. as per standard procedures, re-plastering of affected area/patches with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of all material, consumables, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Application of white cement based putty of required thickness over plastered/uneven surfaces to prepare the surface even and smooth including cost of alll material, consumables, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Finishing inner walls and ceiling with 100% premium qualit water-based, odour free, alkali & fungal resistance emulsion paint of preferred shade and finish and having very low VOCs (Volatile Organic Compound) including cost of alll material, consumables, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Finishing outer walls with 100% premium quality water-based acrylic emulsion paint preferred shade and finish and having low VOC, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance scraping of moss, blister etc. thoroughly from exterior surface of walls by the use of scraper, wire brush etc. including cost of all material, consumables, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Repairing, re-adjusment, re-alignment work for shutters of doors, window & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required for Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) including cost of all material, consumables, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Rewiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/cell bell point with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit including dismantling as required including cost of all material, consumables, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Wiring, re-wiring, circuit correction etc. alongwith the earthwire in required sizes of copper conductor, single core cables in surface/recessed PVC conduit as per site requirement.

Replacement of burned/damaged switches, switch box and switch panels etc. by supply and fixing of suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 & 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection, painting etc. as required including cost of all material, consumables, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Construction of documents storage wall fixed aluminium shelves/almirah with provision of adequate number of cells in minimum 18 inch depth complete with panes/clear glass door with lock and key including cost of all material, consumables, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per direction of engineer incharge.
