Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 40mm graded agg as in sub floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for Hardcore of broken boulders/ stone gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or covered or plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Taking down cement plaster from ceilings & brick walls including wall tiles / terrazzo / kota stone etc. any type of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster on ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
