Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking outjoints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Joint free Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 and n.exc 0.18 Sqm in floors etc over 15mm screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 16-18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed coloured elevation ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x200x 7mm thick over 15mm redering on backing of verticles tiles in Cement Mortar (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with self tapping screw or L-type or J-type or crancked hook bolts and washers as in roofs, walls etc, with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
