Dismantling post or post struts (wood steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good posts embedded in concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for excavating in post holes for soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for mild steel angle, flat work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing new or previously untreated of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and incl a coat of red oxide over 10 cm in width or girth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded aggregade) in foundation for post holes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing made out of mild steel galvanised wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Chain link fence shall be made of galvanized wire and shall conform to IS:2712-2003, Specification for galvanized steel wire chain link fence fabric. The mesh wire and line wire of the fabric shall be manufactured from galvanized steel wire conforming to IS 280:2006 having zinc coating of type heavy as laid down in IS 4826, Hot dipped galvanized coatings on ound SECTION 10 Steel, Iron And Aluminium Work 215 steel wires or IS 12753, Electro galvanised coatings on round steel wires. Tensile strength of wires shall be within 400 to 500 MPa. Dia of wire and the length of side of the mesh of chain link fence and the dia of line wire shall be as indicated. The wires shall be free from scale, irregularities, imperfections, flaws, sand splits and other defects. Zinc coating shall be smooth, even and bright. Chain link in fencing shall be fixed to the fencing posts as indicated or directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long dia of neck in mm 11 mm to 15 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel tie bars with screwed ends, nut washers and mild steel plates for fencing, etc. king rods and straining bolts confirming to Fe 290. Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for old size brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 and incl demolition, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on new wall surface over and including a coat of primer including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F for Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, Greatings of drain, wicket gate and all type of framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base/ plinth protection/ drain/path etc and incl demolition, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar parapets and railings, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directe incuding necessary formwork required including in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Granite 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
