Hiring Of Agency For Providing Third Party Inspection Services To Assure The Quality Of Civil, Electromechanical Works In Various Infrastructure Development Works Carried Out By The Mangaluru Urban Development Authority

The firm should have provided a Third Party inspection Service for Works under any Govt. Department in Karnataka/India with minimum cost of Rs. 2500 Lakhs, in any two years of the last 5 years i.e., (2021-22 to 2025-26). The work done certificate issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre or by the Statutory Auditor, shall be submitted by the Bidder in support of fulfillment of qualification requirements. Each work shall carry 8 marks, max 3 works.

The Firm/organization/ Institutions/ Agencies should have received a consultancy fee of at least Rs 12.50 lakhs annually in any of the last 03 years of last 05 years i.e., (2021-22 to 2025-26). The Declaration of payment given by the authority has to be submitted in this regard. (03 Marks for each year)

Company Registration of Certificate Consulting Firms shall be a company registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 /2013 or Firms registered under Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008

Valid GST Registration Certificate

NABL Lab with ISO 9001 : 27001 certifications

Valid Labour Registration Certificate

Competence of the key professional staff for the Assignment (Full time professional staff engaged in Third Party services) for staff details as mentioned in Data Sheet

Adequacy of the proposed methodology and work plan in responding to the EOI

IT Returns for last 05 FYs (2021-22 to 2025-26)

The tendering agency must have achieved Minimum Annual turnover of Rs. 25.00 Lakhs & above from Indian Operations from Third Party services only in any of the 03 years of last 05 years (2021-22 to 2025-26) In case of Consultancy Services Turnover is submitted the turnover shall be considered for Quality Inspection & Supervision component only and the same shall be submitted in the format 3I as prescribed duly certified by the Chartered Accountant, with UDIN number.

Consultant shall produce unconditional Line Of Credit for minimum amount of Rs. 7.50 Lakhs from any Nationalized Bank /commercial bank to prove their Financial soundness

Bidder must have a registered/branch office in Mangalore. Documentary evidence in proof of same to be uploaded.
