INTAKE WORKS

Supply of all materials, labours & T&P etc and construct following works as per type design and drawings complete.

Infiltration well (3m)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specification grade in 1:4:8( cement: sand :aggregate)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars,floor piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to five level, reinforcement :

Reinforcement for RCC work including straghting ,cutting ,bending ,placing in position and binding all complete.using mild steel/tensile steel bars in qtl.

Provision for Protection works including all materials, T&P, labour complete as per the direction of Engineer in chargeRandam rubbel stone masonery in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand)

RISING MAIN

Excavation of pipe line trench in following strata lift upto 1.5m lead upto 30m. Including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto adistance of 60m from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc complete. Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle, bajri & boulders and 15% will be in ordinary rock.

Providing, carting, laying & jointing by electric welding of following sizes of Pipes including all fittings, specials, bending, cutting, welding & threading as required for proper completion of work.MSERW Pipe as per IS: 1239/ 1985 Part-I or equivalent

SOLAR PUMP

Solar Water Pumping System capable to deliver 30 KLD clear water (average discharge around 120 lpm) at 160m water head (5 HP capacity) with Solar PV panels (5KW) submersible pumpset coupled with AC cum DC dual power mode motor, Pump controller (eMPPT), panel mounting structure & electrical Accessories etc complete.

Installation charge trail & testing of pumpset etc. complete.
