Supply of structural drawing for precast PSC Slab of clear span upto 15m and for single track as per Railway approved GAD including all details duly submitting design calculation for loads etc as required as per directions of engineer in charge with proof checking by IIT/NIT or equivalent gov engineering college at all contractor's cost complete as directed. Analysis of complete structure to be done in Staad Pro or equivalent software and design should be in software as well as in excel for validation to meet all codal requirements of Indian Railways and to meet all instruction of HQ design cell for discussion during scrutiny as and when required. Soft copy and hard copy of design and structural drawing shall be submitted for the approval of competent authority. The Design and Structural drawing shall be submitted in 2 sets in 'A0/A1 size tracing sheets. The rate shall be all inclusive of Government Taxes like GST, VAT etc. nothing extra shall be paid. Payment will be made after approval of design/drawing from HQ.
"Study of entire details of single abutment/pier upto 12m height between rail level to founding level of open foundation/ bottom of pile cap or well cap including foundation, substructure as per loading standard for determining suitability of structure to carry the updated loads due to replacement of steel girder with PSC slab, etc. including submission of GAD, report containing necessary data, analysis of data and recommendations in the form of a report. Rate includes recommending cost-effective rehabilitation /strengthening scheme design and drawings for existing 2 substructure of bridges. Design and drawings must be proof checked by NIT / IIT or equivalent govt, engg. college. Unloading of ballast from Railway's Hopper Wagons, quantity distribution as per pre- defined site requirement, clearing infringements/jammed ballast, distributing the unloaded ballast uniformly over the track, profiling and boxing following all prescribed safety norms.

In case lighting arrangement is made available but not used due to non- availability of block, payment @ 60% of the item rate shall be made. 3. Rail Drilling Machine will be as per RDSO Specification No. TM/SM/3, dated 24.04.1991.

2.00 loose items AMBALA DIVISION-ENGG/NORTHERN RLY Dismantling existing track on girder bridges including guard rails and foot path etc., cutting existing SW panels / LWR, if required into free rails of not less than 12 metre length and leading all released materials to nominated place within 50m of bridge approaches and stacking the released materials clear of infringements, as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Note: Rail cutting and drilling shall be paid separately.
2.00 cutting and bending to required shape & RDSO's approved drawings. Note: (1) Rails shall be supplied by Railways. (2) One set consists of two rails i.e. both left and right.

2.00 450mm Bridge Board made from 16 SWG MS Sheet duly welded or riveted to back support of two 600mm long horizontal angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm & two numbers 2.5 metre long vertical support of MS Angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 5mm, welded / rivetted to board. Vertical supports shall have split ends for proper fixing in ground.
