Dismantling the existing brick masonry including sorting out and

stacking the useful material and removing the debris and

making good the damages etc. complete as directed. In Cement

Excavation for foundation in all sorts of soil including yellow

sandy gravelly soils, soft & hard murrum etc. in dry condition

including depositing the excavated stuff in uniform layers in

banks or as and where directed etc. complete for lead upto

m and all lifts. (By Machinery) Including dewatering.

Dismantling the existing R.C.C.Pipes including sorting out and

stacking the useful materials of the following diameters

Notes 1 - The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-

Note 4 - In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R.:

MIS102010/ 17/ K1 Date:30/07/2018 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change as per actual

mix design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate

of input rate mentioned in all the tender.
