M&L for carrying out General servicing for 1250 KVA 440V LT DG set of make: Cotton Greaves, as per manufacture's recommendation/ particular specification including replacement of necessary spares and replacement of filters such as fuel filter, SLO by-pass filter and lub oil filter complete sets along with rectification of minor defects, and cleaning of air filters/ breather, coolant tank with blower and labour for filling/ topping up and replacement of Engine oil/ coolant and tuning of engine for DG set all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Rate quoted includes for cost of fuel filter, SLO by-pass filter, lub oil filter and distilled water for batteries and minor accessories such as nuts and bolts, 'O' rings etc. (ii) Supply only Engine oil and coolant shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for cleaning the radiator intercooler of LT DG set 600 KVA to 750 KVA by checking and removing the deposited dust, oil welt and carbons and cleaning with forced water with cleaning agents and testing for leaks at inter connectors/couplers/flexible connectors/flexi clamps and making necessary minor repairs to arrest leakages of coolant all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only K-cool super plus engine coolant in 5 ltrs sealed packing ,Make k -cool.

M&L for carrying out repairs/servicing of starter solenoid switch capacity 12/24 Volt connected to the DG set of various capacity including replacement of defective parts, rewinding of coil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete cleaning of the 750 KVA DG set silencer/mufflers (2nos oer DG set) located at a height of above 10m and replacing the corroded portion of 150mm dia MS pipe/ flanges by fabrication and welding and applying two coats of heat resistant synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed.

M&L for removing oil/greases deposits, oil/paint/corrosion flakes and cleaning the external surface of 500/600 KVA DG set using wire brushes, coarse cloth, cleaning agents etc.and applying two coats of heat retardant paint of approved tint by spray application complete including necessary T&P like spray gun, air compressor etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing oil/paint/corrosion flakes and cleaning the external surface of 11 KV 750 KVA DG set Fuel tank and connected LT/HT control panels using wire brushes,coarse cloth, cleaning agents etc.and applying two coats of heat retardant paint of approved tint by spray application complete including necessary T&P like spray gun, air compressor etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out repairs to self starter 24V/12V by replacement of carbon brushes, solenoid, bearings and reassembling the same and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out repairs to 12/24 volts Alternator/dynamo by replacement of carbon brushes, electronic regulator/ rectifies, bearings reassembling the same and testing complete all as directed

M&L for complete checking the controller of DG set 250 KVA, 3 phase 440 Volts (Make: Greaves Cotton Ltd.) along with wiring, checking and rectifying the defects, rectifying the set complete with all sensors and protections and making the DG set operational for switching ON and Off through controller with safety features all as directed.

M&L for complete replacement of fuel hoses for DG set upto 600 KVA, (Make: Cummins) complete with all accessories, O rings and connectors all as directed.

All as per item 29 above before but for 750KVA DG set

Supply and replace V belts for radiator fan/ main shaft/ cam shaft for the DG set of capacity 125 KVA-250KVa as per existing size and model complete all as directed

Supply and replace V belts for radiator fan/ main shaft/ cam shaft for the DG set of capacity 500 Kva- 750 KVA as per existing size and model complete all as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of battery laid set of two suitable for upto 180 AH capacity, 1.5 Mtr long including brass terminal one end ,copper lug other end complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Servicing/overhauling of injecter nozzle assembly including replacement of nozzles, washers, etc and pressure setting as required and replacement of timing shaft with coupling all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for DG Set 500 KVA. to 600 KVA. Make: Cummins/Kirloskar.

Supply and replacement of Gasket cylinder Head complete for 125 KVA to 250 KVA DG set. Make: as per sample

Supply and replacement of Gasket cylinder Head complete for 600 KVA to 750 KVA DG set. Make: as per sample

Supply and replacement of radiator Fan assembly complete Set 600 KVA DG set. Make: as per sample

Supply and replacement of radiator Fan assembly complete Set 750 KVA DG set. Make as per sample

M&L for renewal of burnt out lugs from the main switches with new lugs as per existing size duly crimped including fixing insulation tapes, termination to main switch for LT cable of size 120 to 300sq.mm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of On Load change over switch (4 Pole) with SS encloser 200A 415 Volt all as directed. Make:-Havells/ L&T/ ABB/ Schneider.

S&F in replacement of AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) assembly complete for DG set capacity 62.5 KVA to 125 KVA of make cummins all as spesified and directed by Engr- in- Charge.

S&F in replacment of engine governor controller alongwith following spares of 600 KVA DG set of make cummins model VTA-28-63-I including testing of DG set after repair complete all as directed and specified :- (i) Engine Governor controller CS3062322 (ii) Engine safety controller AOS4G527 (PSO600) (iii) Engine governor wiring kit 2322CS (iv) Engine safety wiring kit 8556 NT (v) Engine Oil pressure/water temprerature safety switches (vi) Engine Oil pressure, coolant temperature, engine RPM sensor (vii) Service and labour charge for engine safety & control wiring changing. Note :- 1. Make and model of all spares will be as per OEM recomendation.
