Dismantling and removing R.C.C. columns beams slab staircase landing lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly Ash Brick Work in C.M (1:6) using Fly Ash Bricks size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm of approved quality in superstructure including providing key bricks, splays cutting, circular moulding, champering, chiselling including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all materials, labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

R.C.C.Work of M-20 nominal mix (1:1/2:3) using 20mm & 10mm H.G stone aggregate with approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete including centring & shuttering work cost of all materials, labour T&P required for the work with royality etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge. 20mm thick grading plaster in cement mortar (1:4) with water proofing compound over R.C.C. roof slab laid to proper slope finished smooth including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Supplying of TMT bars confirming to grade Fe - 500D cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to IS 1786/1985 specification & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying in position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor ) standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987 as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

16 mm thick Cement Plaster in C.M. (1 : 6 ) using good coarse river Sand of approved quality finished smooth over Brick Masonary after racking out joints including watering, curing with cost , conveyance , royalty taxes of materials all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Supplying fitting & fixing of M.S Iron door & windows with grills of approved design including cost of all materials, labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
