REPAIR TO PLINTH PROTECTION, DRAIN, CULVERT, SIGN BOARDS, GARBAGE BINS AND MISC WORKS UNDER THE AREA OF AGE B/R-I OF GE (ARMY) No.1 JODHPUR

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) of any description and removal of rubbish off from site to out side MoD land, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 50 mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed. .

Dismantling of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete mix (1:2:4 ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) solid building blocks exceeding 10 cm in width ,set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 but except stone complete all as specified and directed.Note Stone retrived from item No. 03 here-in -before of BOQ.

M&L for extra over squarred rubble stone walling Jodhpur type regular course for hammer dressing to face of stone with max depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 cm thick sand stone slabs as in window cills , sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, landings, cover stones, templates, etc. not exceeding 2.0m in length,punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4.complete all as specified & directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & removing the debris from the premises upto 500 m from the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding arrangement mix with using water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.
