Specific experience of the consultants related Assignment (At least two similar nature of work, such as similar nature of Medical College, Hospital Building projects, preparation of plans and estimates of buildings, preparation of Architectural, Structural and other services Design and Drawings such as plumbing, internal electrification, fire fighting, HVAC, Lifts, MGPLS, OT, Furnitures etc., and Architectural, Structural and other services Design and Drawings) (Minimum Project cost of Value Rs.6975.00 Lakhs).The completion certificate should have been issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of Government, Semi Government or Autonomous bodies of State or Central Government or equivalent. Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology

Overall Building Design Approach, Study of surrounding developments, Building Design and elevation, Environment study of storm water and sewage disposal as per NBC & IPHS Norms.

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff (CV of 1 Team Leader, 1 Deputy Team Leader(Architect), 1 Structural Engineer, 1 Quantity Surveyor, 1 Mechanical Engineer, 1 Electrical & 1 PHE Engineer) will be considered for detailed marks allocation refer Annexure-C-a) Qualification-12 points, b)Experience to related project-27, c) Experience in region and language-6-Total 45.
