10) General Instructions :

10.1 All the columns in Schedule "B" attached with tender documents should be

filled by the contractor under his Digital signature and the contractor under

his Digital signature should strike the total entries in the last column.

10.2 All pages of Clause No. 60A & Star rate given in clause No. 60A should be

1. The rates offered shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes 1% LWC, packing,

forwarding, insurance, loading, unloading, shifting & transportation at store/ site of

work at Ankleshwar Notified Area.)

9. Agency has to furnish/submit the challan of GST/ ESI / Professional Tax / PF to

Govt. as per Norms for each month. If the challan is not submitted by agency, GST/

ESI / Professional Tax / PF shall be deducted from RA Bill payable amount of
