| 1.00Note: The following points shall be considered by the contractor while quoting rates. The quoted rates shall be deemed included these provisions and contractor shall have no claim what so ever on this account. (a) The work of periodical services shall be carried out up to G+3 building having with or without accessibility up to a height of 12 m as per the requirement. Necessary scaffolding, ladders, etc as required shall be arranged by the contractor without any additional cost to the Govt. (b) Contractor shall ensure the safety of labours working at heights with proper PPE kit and adhere all safety norms. (c) Contractor should take care of existing furniture, fittings / fixtures to avoid damage while doing painting and if any damage during painting, contractor need to repair / replace at his own expense and no extra shall be payable. (d) Contractor should take necessary steps to avoid paint marks/ drops on floor, joineries, cills, furniture etc. with necessary measures and should ensure proper covering of areas adjacent to painting with plastic sheets/ papers to avoid dripping . (e) All waste materials, packing and containers etc. should be taken outside of INA Campus and if any debris obtained if any shall be disposed off at dumping locations earmarked inside INA campus. (f) Contractor should bring the full quantity of paint required soon after obtaining sample approval and should be kept in order and shown to Engg In Charge for verification. (g) Contractor should take necessary steps to prevent soaking and wash off of freshly painted surfaces in case of rain occurs. Damaged surfaces should be re-painted without any extra cost to the department. (h) The painting work may be at any height and contractor shall have no claim whatsoever on this account . (j) The work will be ordered as and when required at different location, different timings and in patches as per the requirement during contract period and contractor shall have no claim on this account. | ||||||

Complete removal of old existing treatment , providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and finishing the wall with textured exterior paint of required shade(two or more coats applied @3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing / ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. (Old tiles shall be disposed off at dumping locations earmarked within INA as directed.)
Supply & fix of Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry including necessary scaffolding transportation etc. in patches in roof complete all as specified and as directed Note: Rate included for necessary coving at edges as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
Supply & fix of Ceiling tiles for Mangalore pattern tile roofing, laid dry including necessary scaffolding transportation etc. in patches in roof complete all as specified and as directed.
