HT Gear: Supply & Delivery of 3 panel metal clad,Indoor type single tier, fully compartmentalized,free standing, floor role type , 26.3 kA for 3 sec,horizontal drawout type 11KV 800A VCB having following Specification:

CIRCUIT BREAKER:- Type : VCB autoreclosing, system voltage :- 11kV, 50 Hz, 3 phase, rated voltage : 11 kV, rated current : 800A in 50 ° C ambient, Short time rating for 3 sec : 26.3 kA, System Ground : Solidly Earthed, Duty Cycle : 0 - 0.3 sec - CO - 3 min - CO, Circuit breaker should withstand 10000 mechanical operation at full load & 100 no. electrical operation at full short circuit current.rated short circuit current.[ Make : Schneider/ Siemens / Energypac]. (Incomming - 1 no., Outgoing - 2 nos.)

BUSBAR:- Rated Current : 800A @ 50°C ambient, Material, Silver Plated /Tined , High conductivity elecrolytic Copper Bus Bar sleeve :Heat Shrinkable PVC Sleeve with joints having full voltage soft PVC shroude Short time rating for 1 sec : 26.3kA…………1 set.

CURRENT TRANSFORMER:- Voltage class: As specified in Circuit breaker ; Type : cast resin type , Dual core , Dual Ratio , Barden :15VA ;. Protection core: 5P20, Metering :0.5 , Short time rating for 1 sec : 26.3kA Ratio :100-5A/1+1 No. (for incoming Breakers) & 50/1-1 (metering for ECBC monitoring)-2 nos. for outgoing Breakers (Make: As per manufacturer's standard).

POTENTIAL TRANSFORMER:- Rated Voltage : Primary - 11000/√3 , Sec -110√3; Type : Cast resin , draw out type, 3- phase , 3-limb complete with HV fuses . PT should be drawnout type and serivce continuously shall be indepandent of Breaker trolly position (Make: As per manufacturer's standard)- 1 set.

RELAYS FOR PROTECTION & CONTROL:- Type : Flush mounted , Drawnout, Numerical and multifuntional (With 3 O/C, 1 E/F & 3 VT I/P), undervoltage , over voltage, CB maintance & Trip circuit supervision, Trip circuit supervision relay -3 set/ inbuilt feature of High Speed Master Trip relay- 3 Set, 8 Window Annunciation Facia . with ACCEPT, RESET & TEST Push Button - 2 Set for Outgoing . Auxillary relay for Transformer faults- VAA33- 2 Set.

METERING:- For Incomer Digital Ammeter, Digital Voltmeter.For Outgoing - Digital Ammeter. Multifunctional Meter Type: Flush mounted , sealed dustproof construction (Front- IP5X, Rear -IP4X), multifunctional Display Parameters: Voltage, Current , PF/Frequency and all energy & power parameters, (Make : As per manufacturer's strandard).......3 set

Testing: Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments

Transformer: Supply & Delivery of 500KVA Dry type Transformer (Make: ABB / BHEL/ Energypac) Applicable standared IS 11171-1985 /IS 2026 with latest modification (if any) Rating:- 500 KVA, 3 phase, 50Hz, Delta / Star Type:- Cast Resin type (CRT), three phase, copper wound, air cooled dry type. Voltage ratio:- 11000V / 433 Volt Links / Tappings:- Off circuit Links, tapping range +5% to -5% in steps of 2.5% on HV side. Cooling:- Air Natural (AN), Powder Coating, Class of Insulation:- Class F, Temp. rise:- 90° C over ambient of 50°C Arrangement of Neutral :- extra neutral will be brought out Separately with copper stud to facilate earth connection.

Core & Coils:-The core shall be built up with high grade, non-aging, low loss, high permeability, grain oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel laminations especially suitable for core material. The coils shall be manufactured from electrolytic copper conductor & fully insulated for rated voltage, coils shall be resin-molded for both LV & HV with epoxy resin, encapsulated, Class F, naturally cooled (AN). Insulating material shall be of proven design. Coils shall be so insulated that impulse & power frequency voltage stresses are minimum. Coil assembly shall be suitably supported between adjacent sections by insulating spacers & barriers. All leads from the windings to the terminal board & bushings shall be rigidly supported to prevent injury from vibration or short circuit stresses. Guide tube shall be used where practicable.The core and coil assembly shall be securely fixed in position so that no shifting or deformation occurs during movement of transformer or under short circuit stresses. Transformer losses shall be guaranteed as below: Total loss at 50% loading:- 2.8 KW ( Max) & 100% - 7.25 KW ( Max), Impedance:- 5% (Allowable tolerance as per IS),Degree of Protection IP33.
