Supplying and stacking at site of work graded/ crushed stone aggregate of hard stone of approved quality to WBM specifications grade-I with 90 mm (Ninety millimetre) to 45 mm (forty five millimetre) nominal size, free of disintegrated pieces, deleterious and organic matter stacking the material at suitable site in proper stacks as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The aggregate should pass through as per PWD specification, so as to give a grading of required proportion as per PWD specification within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying and stacking at site of work graded/ crushed stone aggregate of hard stone of approved quality to WBM specifications grade-III with 53 mm (Fifty three millimetre) to 22.4 mm (Twenty two point four millimetre) nominal size, free of disintegrated pieces, deleterious and organic matter stacking the material at suitable site in proper stacks as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. The aggregate should pass through as per PWD specification, so as to give a grading of required proportion as per PWD specification within all leads and lift including carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 (Three) wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-In- charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with with paving bitumen of VG -10(Ten) grade conforming to IS:73 to be applied by heating in oil fired and self propelled or towed bitumen boiler and spraying the material uniformly with pressure sprayer at a rate of 1 kg. (One kilogram per square metre on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom . within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-In- charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg.(Zero point twenty five kilogram) to 0.30 kg.(Zero point thirty kilogram) per square on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic booms as per technical specifications clause 503 within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-In- charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m(One thousand metre ) laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-In- charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge 30 mm (Thirty millimetre ) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5.5%(Five point five percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (Three percent ) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-In- charge.
