Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5 kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying bituminious premixed carpet 40 mm thick consolidated thickness,with 0.54 cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.20 kg of binder rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

M & L for liquid seal coat with binder @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm (paving bitumen) blinding with 6.3mm size stone chippings @ 0.09 Cum per 10 Sqm rolled and compacted with exceeding 8 ton but not exceeding 12 ton power roller to a uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) with glass beads of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic material applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads dispensers, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced opertator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L 100mm thick plain cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for for sand cushioning layer 50 mm thick over sub baqse for fixing of interlocking tiles spread levelled to reqd level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and colour pigment including filling the sides, intersects with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 as benching all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushion will be measured and paid separetly

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates shall deemed to include the cost of form work shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
