Comprehensive operation & Maintenance Charges (on hourly basis depending on GPS Tracking) for 03 Cum Capacity Truck Mounted Road Sweeping (HAR INTERNATINAL BRAND) MachineWorking Hours: 08 Hours/Day (Excluding Diesel & GST)which includes as mentioned below. 1. Driver/Operator Salary 2. Weekly machine maintenance 4*4 gear oil level checking Blower bearing grease checking,Engine oil checking, Compressor oil checking, Air filter cleaning with vibrator, Hydraulic level checking,Water level checking. 3. Engine Servicing Maintenance 4. Vehicle Repairs (Major Minor) 5. Brush Replacement (Main & Side Brushes) 6. Hydraulic System Maintenance 7. Suction System & Fan Maintenance 8. Labor Charges for Technicians 9. Spare Parts Replacement 10. Tyre Maintenance/Replacement 11. Lubricants, Oils & Consumables 12. Electrical & Control System Repairs 13. Machine Cleaning Housekeeping (All mechnical,Electrical and Tyres related should be carried by Agency only within 48 hours) According to Har international (machine company) Every 400 hrs. Kirloskar service should be done that should be taken care and Must Report to Municiple Authority.
