Dismantling of V.T pumping unit no.01 by way of disconnecting all leads from motor, uncoupling of motor from the pump, lowering down motor to a safer place, then dismantling bearing housing from pump carefully by way of opening nuts & bolts & shifted it to a working place.
Extracting of old damaged thrust & ball bearing from bearing housing with the help of puller, skilled labour & other tools & tackles.
Providing and fitting of thrust bearing 29422 of SKF/Reputed make at site with the help of tools & tackles.
Providing and fitting of ball bearing 6026 of SKF/Reputed make at site with the help of tools & tackles.
Assembling of bearing housing, coupling, motor, connecting leads & tested on full load.
