Supply of Elevated Ominidirectional, Medium intensity Light Fittings suitable for Taxiway / Apron Edge Lighting use with LED type Lamp complete with lens support mechanism, lens clamping mechanism, Central Column Assembly, Breakable coupling, Gaskets, Two Pin Secondary leads, base plate with 6 Nos M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring washers and other accessories with Omni directional blue lens, not more than 10watts 6.6 amps LED lamp, Electronic assembly etc., and confirming to ICAO requirements and as per the enclosed particular specifications.

Supply of Inset type Omni-directional, medium intensity LED Taxiway Edge light fitting suitable for Taxiway, Apron Edge Lights, Turning Pad Lights for operation at 6.6 Amps, series circuit supply, complete with blue lens support mechannism, lens clamping mechanism, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, including shallow base and other accessories etc. complete as required meeting the requirement of latest ICAO Annex -14, FAA compliant and as specifications of aerodrome design manual Part - IV (Visual Aids) latest edition.

Supply of 5 KV 50 Hz, 15 W 6.6/6.6 A, FAA certified PCP encapsulated Isolating Transformer suitable for individual series lamps airport lighting circuits and shall be designed for waterproof and suitable for direct burial in the earth or installation in a CI housing box complete as per specifications attached.

Supply of 6 sq.mm. 5 KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed antitermite & antirodent standard copper conductor single core Airport lighting cable, rolled in steel drum, confirming IS 1554 (Part II) with upto date amendment as required confirming to perticular specifications etc. as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade, 6 Sqmm, plug and receptacle of Type -1 Class - B connector, suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable of following size as required and confirming to the relevant IS specifications as required for following sizes.

Supply of minimum 10 mm thick MS dummy base plates for covering the CI transformer box including gaskets, nuts and M10 steel bolts.

Supply of DOBEFIL 60 of Dr. Beck & Co. or equivalent sealant material suitable for fixing bottom box of inSet approach/threshold fitting etc. as required

Supply of hardner 750 for DOBEFIL 60 sealant as required

Installation of transformer housing box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630mm x 630mm x 100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4 150mm thick. The top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including excavation of existing bituminous road/pavement/ shoulder of the runway/Taxiway apron, disposal material within 50 Meters. lead, providing and fixing 150mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with checknuts for drainage of water and the boxes are aligned in such away that the hole centres fall in a straight line etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset fittings in the bitumen/ concrete surface using departmentally supplied sealing material with core drilling, aligning & setting including installation of Isolating Transformers & crimping / joining of plug & receptacles and moulding / crimping the leads, connection of secondary leads alongwith other accessories required for commissioning etc. as required.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LED Taxiway Edge light fittings and 15W Isolating Transformer on the existing CI box with connections etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of Transformer housing boxes from the existing apron shoulder alongwith Civil excavation work including breaking of existing cement concrete etc. complete as required.

Supply & Laying of 50 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe at the required depth as per site requirements by embedding the same during casting of concrete pavement complete with GI fittings, connecting the GI pipe between CI transformer boxes, providing checknuts etc complete as required

Supplying of 50mm dia(outer)/38 mm Dia(inner) , DWC HDPE pipe, ISI marked conforming to IS 14930 Part II with upto date amendments etc.

Laying of 50 mm dia DWC HDPE pipe Complete with all fittings direct in ground (80 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench after laying Pipe etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number 6 sq. mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE Airfield lighting cable of 5 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe/DWC HDPE Pipe/CI Housing box etc. as required.

Making field connections by crimping 6 Sqmm plug and receptacle with the existing single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material. Applying HT / PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.

Numbering of Taxiway light fittings with ISI approved enamel paint with double coat yellow paint as background and numbering with black paint of suitable size serialy etc., complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe of 4 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing 300x300x450(H) mm RCC earth pit chamber suitable to receive 6mm thick MS chequered plate with handle,strengthening & compaction of soil below the earth pit chamber including providing suitable ratio PCC, providing & laying Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) (1:2:4) of depth 100mm surrounding the earth pit chamber covering surface area of 01 SqMeter,including providing and fixing of reducer, water funnel with wire mesh arrangement for watering etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.l. wire in 15 mm dia G.l. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.l. thimble, excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.l. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Excavation of existing Bituminous/ Concrete road to facilitate laying of metal pipe including disposal of material within 50 Meters lead and providing & layinjg in position 1:2:4 (1 Cement; 2 Coarse sand; 4 Graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) all works up to plinth level to fill up the excavated trenches after laying of the metal pipe complete above etc. as required.
