Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles sinlge layer on roofs.

Demolition of mud in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping(whether full thickness removed or only a part there of)

M&L for wire brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg of cement per sq m at top and bottom of base coat and cleaning top surface all as specified

M &L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as roof padding concrete to bring the extg slab in slope of 1:40. complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on terrace, sides of parapet in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound , finished even and fair complete all as soecified. Note :-water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under other item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using bitumen primer @ .30 Kg/Sqm applied hot.

M&L for providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) land on after applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2Kg per Sqm by forced application complete all as specified.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on Screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) 15mm thick finished even and fair and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% 0f crude oil by weight of cement.

Dismantling timber scantlings (Framed work) 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position.

M& L for roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) quality A all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing RCC projection chajjas, roof, facia etc. by necessary preparation, scraping, cutting, chiseling derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and reinforcement with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per Sqm but n.exc 3Kg/Sqm (if required) with or without facia and finished with cement morte 1:3 using coarse sand and work in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm and thickness RCC member n.exc 70mm incl necessary formwork and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at any height complete. (note: wlded mesh to be paid separately)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement in cm1:4.

M&L for 5mm thick plastering on fair faces ofr cone surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement in cm1:3 on ceiling .

M&L for preparing of new plastered surface and applying two coats cement base paints on walls.

Taking down or up steel tubing and connections inculding cleaning for refixing or removal to store 15mm bore.
