Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil with 50m. initial lead and 1.5m.initial lift for foundation including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth and as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Filling foundation & plinth with excaveted earth or sand well watered & rammed including collecting, supplying and stacking the required material to proper slope & level & thickness with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of materials & supply of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

R.C.C. work of M-15 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying etc. complete.

Fly Ash Brick Masonry in Cement Mortar (1:6) using Fly Ash bricks (23 Cm. x 11Cm. x 8Cm.) in foundation and plinth including curing and all cost etc.

Cement concrete M20 grade with 20mm downgraded hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality free from skin materials mixing by mechanical means including hoisting lowering and laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting by vibrators in layers not exceeding 0.15m depth and finishing the exposed surface smoothly including watering, curing for required period, cost, conveyance, hire and running charges of all machineries, royalty and other taxes of all materials, labour, labour charges with T&P required for this item etc. complete in all respect as directed by the E.I.C. (A/R-2006, P-29, i-28)

Supply M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of reinforcement and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge as per the direction of E.I.C.

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over brick masonary including all cost complete.

16mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over brick masonary including all cost complete.

Painting two coats with any approved colour pf weather seal coat to out side surface of wall in Ground Floor

Supplying and fising of MS door and windows welded with standard approved MS gril with approved Mssection indluding etcall cost complete.

Providing and fixing 80mm thick factory made CC interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine over and i/c 50mm thick 50mm thick bed of coarse sand filling the joints with cost of all materials and labour charges complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
