Peparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls on priming coat including 2 to 3 mm in two coats of Wall putty finished and applying two coats of Oil bond distemper, white or tinted, complete all as specified.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II: Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including unscrewing from board fitting and fixture such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse if serviceable or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in & incl PVC surface casing 'N' capping double lock type to be fixed with the help of rawal plugs & screws incl necessary fittings & fixture and to be turminated in sunk cast iron/pressed steel/PVC terminal boxes for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for one light point/fan point controlled by one switch and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
