Construction of 4-lane ROB in lieu of LC No. 03 at Km 3/25-27 between Guntur-Nambur stations

Financial Eligibility Criteria as per Clause 10.2 of Part-I of IRSGCC-2022 and ACS No.1 dt 14.07.22: The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of 'V/N' Or 'V' whichever is less; where V=Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees; N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-F (Annexure-VIB of GCC), along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

The prospective bidder shall submit a certificate from the vendor approved by RDSO for fabrication of Composite & Other Steel Girders" giving his consent to undertake the fabrication work of ROBs if the bidder becomes successful in the bidding This condition is mandatory requirement for participation in the Tender and Tender shall not be evaluated without the submission of certificate from the approved vendor by the prospective bidder.

(1) Tenderers should attach self-attested copy of PAN and GST Registration Certificate & Photo identification in support of their Identity. (2) The documents attached to the tender should be clear and legible for evaluation of tender. Proper care to be taken in this regard.

BID Security: The Bid Security shall be deposited either in cash through e-payment gateway in IREPS or submitted as Bank Guarantee bond (Manual BG) from a scheduled commercial bank of India or as mentioned in tender documents. The Bid Security (Bank Guarantee bond) shall be as per Annexure VIA of IRSGCC-2022 and shall be valid for a period of 90days beyond the bid validity period. Non submission /incomplete Bank Guarantee Bond by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.

In addition to Annexure V in case of other than Company/Proprietary firm, Annexure-V(A) shall also be submitted by the each member of a Partnership Firm/JV/HUF/LLP etc as the case may be. Non submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.

For the tender value above Rs.10.0 crores, the tenderers should submit Bid capacity statement in the prescribed proforma (As per GCC) duly verified by Chartered Accountant. In case, the tenderer/s failed to upload Bid Capacity Proforma along with offer, their /his offer shall be considered as incomplete and will be rejected summarily

List of personnel organizations available on hand and proposed to be engaged for the subject work. These two lists should be given separately and signed by Tenderer and are to be submitted in the Proforma given in the Annexure-'A'.

List of Plant & Machinery available on hand (own) and proposed to be included (own and hired to be given separately) for the subject work and this list shall be signed by the Tenderer and is to be submitted in the Proforma given in the Annexure 'B'.

List of completed works in the last three Financial Years giving description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of scheduled completion of work, date of actual start, actual completion and final value of contract should also be given in the Annexure 'C'.

List of Works on Hand indicating name of work, contract value, bill amount paid so far, due date of completion etc, to be furnished by Tenderer in Annexure 'D' and this Certificate is to be signed by Tenderer,

Tenderer should submit attested copy of Experience Certificate in Annexure 'E' (Bidder who do not enclose the Experience Certificate,his / their bid shall be summarily rejected) Note: Applicable for the tender floated value above 50 lakhs,
