1. Consultancy for Soil Investigation, Architectural Drgs/ Structural design/ Drawings and preparation of Estimates and BoQ for the work for Provn of Watch Towers at 54 ASP Gurgaon. The scope of work is as under:- (a) Tests at various sites at 54 ASP under AOR of GE (P) AF Gurgoan against sanctioned job through Govt approved labs as per details given below :- (i) Moblilization on mechanical drilling equiptment and shifting of entire arrangement as required/directed by GE. (ii) Boring 150 mm dia bore holes 13 Nos upto 10 meter depth from GL through following type of Strarta:- (aa) Any type of soil. (ab) Soft rock (ac) Hard rock. (iii) Collection of undisturbed soil sample at 1.5 Mtr interval or at change of strata in 100 mm bore thin walled tube including waxing sealing, packing and transporting of the job. (iv) Carrying out Standard Pentration Test ( S.P.T) including collection of disturbed soil samples in bore holes at very 1.5 Mtr depth or any charge of Strata and submit the report with all requisite data.

(v) Conducting necessary tests as per relevant IS Codes/ NBS 2005/SP 36 on all collected samples with include the determination of following :- (aa) Atterberg limits (ab) Natural moisture content (ac) Wet and dry density (ad) Soil particle size distribution using sleve/ hydrometer analysis (ae) Bore log data sheet (af) Tri-axial shear test 'C' & determination (ag) Shrinkage limit (ah) Consolidation test (aj) Specific gravity test (ak) Calculation of SBC (vi) Recommendation of type of fdn viz shallow, deep/ pile/raft required considering soil strata. (vii) Assessment of SBC for shallow foundation (Isolated/ Combined) at 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 M 2.5m depth. (viii Submission of soil testing report in Triplicate. (b) Preparation of Arch drawing in consultancy with CWE/GE. (c) Structural design of building, preparation of structural drgs and vetting of structral design from IIT, NIT/Govt Engg College. (d) Preparation of BoQ at SSR Part II for one Watch Tower. (e) Soil Testing report shall be submitted in triplicate. (f) Drgs will be submitted in original tracing, soft copy in drawing format and PDF format and 5 sets of print out on A2 size. (g) BoQ in triplicate.
