STEELS

Supply of various types of steels including Cost of steel, Freight &Handling confirming to IS 2062 Gr A at site, Fabricating the steels in to specified structures as per the std.design/ Drawing, Painting of Primer coat of Redoxide paint and first finishing coat of Aluminium Paint with supply of reputed make paints after proper surface preparation such as cleaning of rust scales using appropriate machinery including all Labour, machinery and Consumables, and as directed by the field Engineer at the SS site.

Supply and fabrication and erection of eye bolts/grout bolt with 20/22 mm rod confirming to IS with proper threading and 2 nos MS Nuts as directed by the field Engineer

Supply of Various types of Steel materials confirming to ISS 2062 –Gr A including, Freight, Handling, etc., at site for Earthing with Labour for Fabrication & erection for Earthing including Labour, Machinary and Consumables as Required and as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour for the Erection of Strung bus and all related hardwares, fittings, clamps including Meggering, hoisting of insulators and consumables and as directed by the field engineer.

upto 33 KV Single Conductor Strung Bus/phase

Labour for the erection of Insulator single pole stack for supports/Underhang including Meggering & other consumables and as directed by the field engineer.

110 KV or 66 KV

Labour for the Erection of Jumper/Droppers using Moose/ Zebra/panther Conductors including Modification of End clamps, providing holes etc wherever necessary as directed by the field engineer.

Supply & Fixing of Aluminium Power Connectors/ Clamps / Fittings with SS Bolts and Nuts, including, frieght etc., confirming to IS as per the drawing and specification.
