SCHEDULE 'A' PART- I (B/R WORK )

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface road incl berms with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete to required level gradient, slope, camber and super elevation incl filling depressions with and incl approved earth which may occur during rolling process all as specified and directed.

M&L for Soling (or sub base) 150mm with broken boulders or quarried stone 40 -80mm size, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 ton power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM in 2 layers(75mm thick each layer), laid and compacted separetely with brocken stone aggregate of grading to (63- 40 mm size) or of grading - 3 (50- 20mm size), rolled and consolidated to required gradient , camber level, super elevation with 8 to 12 ton power complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying premix bituminous macadem not exceeding 50mm consolidated thickness using 4 % binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 ton power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadm by brushing with wire burshes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, durt etc and applying evenly tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade @ 10 kg/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly priming/tack coat @ 5 kg/ 10 Sqm using bitumen VG-10 grade on black top road surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness using 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 grade as per mix design by weight of total mix, rolled to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 Ton power road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for continuous brick edging using sub class 'B' bricks old size with width equal to the width of the brick, laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified and directred.

M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements surface like exceeding 10 cm width with road marking paint white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directred.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc, or shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, n.exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out, in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m but n.exc 3.0 m in depth for foundation, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, n.exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out, in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 50 mtr but n.exc 250 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in drain bed, foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling random rubble uncoursed stone masonry well bonded, bedded & solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M & L precast cement concrete bonders using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for stone walling and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression from a straight edge, held against the dressed surface n.exc. 20 mm (lime or sand stone) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster on stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash brick work with using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part therof over or under 30 cm inner girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 600 mm dia reinforced concrete hume pipes, class NP-3 with one collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, incuding rafts, footings , foundation beams , plinth beams , bases for columns etc , basement slabs , under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame fixed with cement mortar 1:4 (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under item) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron work grade FG 150, machined, in pulleys and similar articles complete all as specified and directed

S&F rolled steel section joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe-290 (Gde E- 165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to good trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel, plain, black sheet 3.00 mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as requiredcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars (Fe-500) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia bars as in stirrups , spacers , binders,including cut to Length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns with an incl MS wire(annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered of wall or concrete surfaces and applying three coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2.00 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, ncluding, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as speified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on new plaster surfaces, including preparation of new surface of walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface of any description exc. 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of bituminous paint on surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc. n exc 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (E/M WORK )

M&L for sand cushioning to UG cables (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) with clean, dry and unwashed sand free from sharp particles including gently punning around cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

M&L for unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV type-I, flat size 250 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanized iron pipes, light grade, 80mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing/culvert / drain or fixed to pole/wall with help of flat iron clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanized iron pipes, light grade, 50mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing/culvert / drain or fixed to pole/wall with help of flat iron clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing LT XLPE Insulated, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured power electric cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium stranded conductor of size 16 Sqmm x 4 core confirming to IS 7098 (Part-I) of 1988 passing through pipes, in duct, on poles, in trenches, under road etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing LT XLPE Insulated, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured power electric cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium stranded conductor of size 10 Sqmm x 4 core confirming to IS 7098 (Part-I) of 1988 passing through pipes, in duct, on poles, in trenches, under road etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing PVC insulated, unsheathed cable electric cables with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm 3 core 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size laid dry and flat adjoining each other as in protection to underground cable all as specified and directed.

i) Single bearing, self excited , self regulated in brushless construction

ii)Thyristor type electronic automatic voltage regulator

iii) Class H insulation stator & Rotor winding

iv) The above Engine and AC generator are assembled on a sturdy channel section base frame ,aligned and tested at site

(C) INBUILT AMF PANEL:-KIOSK type AMF panel 415V 3 Phase 50Hz 4 wire supply , factory assembled with front opening weather and vermin proof made out as per manufacturer and CRCA sheet not less than 2.0mm thick with rubber lining locking arrangement powder coated externally and comprising the following:-

i) LED type indicating lamps panel mounting type RYB for mains and DG set

ii) LED type indicating lamp for battery charging LLOP, HWT, OL trip SFS hooter 12 V

iii) Inbuilt battery charging unit complete for 12 V with auto trickle, boost & off modes Complete Make: Microstate

iv) Multifunction meter to to monitor voltage,current,frequency, power factor , complete with cast resign base CT of 100/5 Amp complete including connection with appropriate size PVC insulated copper wire complete all as specified and directed.Make: AE

v) RPM meter -1

vi) Hour meter digital panel mounted-1 set

vii) set of control MCB/MCCB

viii) Earthing terminals

(D) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure fitted inside of canopy manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process , the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level 75db (A) at a distance of 1M at 75% load under field condition and 70db at 3M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance labeling classification etc as laid down in GSR No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002 incuding provision for cable entry and earth strip and complete all as per manufacturers design etc. Make:Kirloskar/greeves cotton

Note:(i) The acoustic enclosure is manufactured with 1.5 mm CRCA steel with and aesthatically pleasing finish

ii) Regerous pretreatement of sheet metal parts with nine tank phosphating and powder coated with pure polyster based compound.

iii) All nut bolt and hardware are zinc coated

iv) The doors are gasketed with EPDM gaskets.

v) Long lasting green passivated fastners. Cast aluminium hinges and stainless locks for long durability and ease of operation

vi) Accoustic insulation with fire retradent accoustic foam to better the statutory norms of 75db (A) at 1 mtr distance under free field condition as per CPCB-II norms.

vii) Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combution and heat removal

viii) Emergency stop push button outside the container

ix) Provn of light inside the canopy.

x) Complete with incoming cabling from alternator to control panel

(E) MISC : Operation and maintenance catalogue, control wiring diagram, spare part list, overhauling manuals, gauratee card etc. shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.
