M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over and including cement screed in CM 1:4, 15mm thick and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete

Removing of existing filling in sunken floor, including plastering , floor tiles, WC, and removal off rubbish to outside defence land and repair to sunken floor with the following steps :- (i) 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 of internal vertical surface with WPC 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth with using extra cement (ii) 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12mm graded stone aggregate with WPC @3% by weight of cement with slop to spout 1:20 as in sunken bottom finished even and smooth with using extra cement including chamfered all corner, benching to sunken floor with beam/wall (iii) After completion of (i) &(ii) above after seven days , water ponding test shall be carried out (iv) The surfaces including chamfered all corner, benching to sunken floor with beam/wall then painting with two layer bitumen 30/40 over a coat of bitumen primer (v) Filling with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and inserting 32mm bore GI water pipe light grade spout 500mm length and fixed with 1:2:4 concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge (vi) If any defect noticed during the water pond test the contractor shall liable to rectify the defect without any extra cost to department. (NOTE ;-WC & tiles shall be measured and paid separately)
