Variable Refrigerant Volume System Design,calculation and layout of suitable capacity of central type VRF (Heating and Cooling ) system for building Nos P-176 & P-180 of G+1 (Separate unit for each building) suitable for Joshimath claimatic condition for conditioning of environment temp range 23 + 2 degree centigrade and 55 + 5% RH including submission of drawing duly marked indoor units, layout of Refrigerent Hot / Cold pipes with size, outdoor unit capacity and various types/qty of indoor unit, capacity suitable for ground condition/room space complete and the same be submitted by contractor duly vetted by OEM before placing order for approval of GE. Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled Outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating, having all hermetically sealed inverter type Scroll Compressor(s), microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R 410 A Refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The unit shall deliver the 100% capacity at 43°C Conditions and work even at 56°C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400 V±10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.1 and IEER not less than 6.5. the quoted rate is inclusive for the following:- Note : 1. The required building layout data for design and calculation be provided by GE 871 EWS. The capacity of various units like out door, indoor, duct etc specified in the tender is for minimum capacity. If any variation in capacity is required for achieving desired conditioned space as mentioned in CA should be provided by the contractor as per OEM design calculation based on buildin layout data. The contractor is advised to visit the site before quoting of tender. 2. The quoted rate including the on ground testing for various climatic conditions like summer, winter and monsoon aginst designed environment.
3. Completion will be issue on phycial completion of installation and initial testing for designed environment condition. An amount of 15% of CA amount will be retained from the final bill and the same will be released on completion of seasonal testing. 4. The contractor will deploy 1 x operator who is well conversent with system for three shift (one individual for each shift) till completion of seasonal testing or 11 month from the date of completion (01 operator to operate both plant) whichever is later for operate both plant for operation and maintenance of the plants. 5. The contractor should provide training to the departmental/M&O staff for manning and operation of the plant before handing over to the department. 6. The contractor shall get complete design of AC Plant including out door unit platform duly vetted from IIT / NIT without any extra cost and to be approved by the Accepting Officer before execution of work. 7. Suitable arrangement to maintain humidity as per desired level shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Fire Dampers : Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11kV, 400Amp, 21kA,rupturing capacity upto 250 MVA Outdoor type (with IP54) type extensible 3-way SF6 gas insulated, floor mounted with copper bus bar Compact Distribution board consisting of 01Nos incoming VCB and 2 Nos outgoing VCB and 01 air insulated metering. The extensible bushing should be at the top of RMU through bolted connection for ease of coupling. No plug-in type bushings are acceptable.
