Construction of Fencing around Graveyard at Gopalan, under ADP (PRI) FY 2026-27, Panchayat Halqa Palhallan H, Block Pattan.

Engagement of JCB for site clearance including removal of unwanted substances, bushes, shrubs, small trees, saplings, debris, and other vegetation; leveling and dressing of ground to make the site suitable for execution of works, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres:

Providing/Laying Stone soling hand packed on level in foundation trenches incl all carraiges of material.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix ratio M 10 using 20 mm nominal size agg excluding cost of shuttering i/c curing( all works upto lintel level).

20% Plum in 1:3:6 Mix Cement Concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

12 mm cement sand plaster in 1:6 mix.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm and painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade and Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture.
