Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. (Thirty x thirty x five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to all floor level and removal of same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . a) Columns, pillars, posts and struts in square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

b) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beam hunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels upto any depth in all heights from any floor level.

c) Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) , partitions and the like including attached pillasters ,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

d) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls in any width.

Providing and laying cement concrete work design mix M-20 and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . a) Columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular polygonal in plain upto all floor level.

b) Suspended floors , roofs, landing and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams , girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor any level.

c) Stair cases (except spiral stair case) excluding landing but including preparing of the top surface and finishing of nosing upto all floor level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) reinforced cement concrete chajjas not exceeding 10cm.(ten centimetre)thickness upto floor two level including finishing the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three Sand) to give a smooth and even surface centring/form work and curing complete excluding the cost of reinforcement.as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete upto floor all level as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth upto all floor in Cement mortar 1:6 (One Cement : Six Sand) second Class Bricks as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing 2nd class deodar wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position complete as per specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and .

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete In 2nd (second)class deodar wood 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing 2nd class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. (eighty five G) with wire of dia 0.56 mm (zero point fifty six millimetre) for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screw 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick etc complete as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing 40x3 mm(Forty x three millimetre ) flat iron hold fast 40cm. (Forty centimetre ) long including fixing to frame with 10mm (Ten millimetre ) diameter bolts & nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm.(Thirty x ten x fifteen centimetre ) 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand: six graded /crushed stone aggregate 20mm(Twenty millimetre ) nominal size within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm(eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement:six sand)as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including curing and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

6mm (Six millimeter) cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (one Cement : three Sand) as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including curing and carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease,dirt and other foregin matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink of approved brand and manufacture (Nerolac/Asian Shalimar) conforming to IS: 3536-1966 brushing as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of oil, grease,dirt and and other foregin matter sand papering and stoping enamel paint other than white as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture of and of required shade of undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with alkali resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Painting (three coats) with black anticorresive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade i/c thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth i/c applying of putty a required for making the surface as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazzo floors 40 mm (forty millimetre) wide and 4 mm (four millimetre) thick as per direction of Engineer-in-including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Kota stone slab flooring 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thick kota stone on 20 mm (twenty millimetre) (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. Including rubbing and polishing complete as per directionof Engineer-in Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Kota stone slab 25 mm (twenty five millimetre) thick in risers of steps,skirting dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (twelve millimetre) (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs including rubbing and polishing complete within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
