Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R itmes) Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster (1:4) on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster (1:6) on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of ceilling applying three coats white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation new plastered surface of walls incl M & L for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any number of layers) using appropriate technique as approved by EIC for complete removal of all layers of old treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, washing down with water to remove loose particles etc and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint exterior having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre per 10 Sqm including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in one or two coats to achieve smooth surfaces up to height of triple storey bldg, including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour complete removal of existing treatment from wall by scrappers or any other means and washing , rubbing down and stopping and applying two coats of acrylic distemper with painting roller over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in one or two coats to achieve smooth surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint , complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing non skid ceramic colour tiles joint free premium /1st quality 7 to 8mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n exe 0.18 sqm, in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing glazed ceramic colour tiles joint free premium /1st quality in vertical surface, dado, skirting etc of size 300X600X7 to 8mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on wall of brick /concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non skid coloured ceramic tiles joint free premium /1st quality 8 to 10 mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and inculding 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 8 to 10 mm thick, of same description as of floor tiles as in serial item No 15 above but as in skirting and dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 8 to 10mm thick heavy duty (digital) vitrified coloured paver tiles of size 300mm x 300mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Endura of Johnson or Durastone of Somany or equivalent make given in App ‘B’

Material and labour for granite black (of any type) tiles 18 to 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), as in steps, cooking platform, and including cutting 25mm dia hole for gas pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations,. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete, all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B–0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregates) finished even and fair for levelling of floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour providing 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection, laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight including form work, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismentling of mild steel work of any description, complete, all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having zinc coating 150 grams per Sqm (Az 150) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa having zinc coating 150grams/Sqm (Az-150) as in roof ridge,valley gutter etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whethere full thickness removed or only a part thereof) including removing old tar felt, all loose dirt, cement plaster, cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus, moss, small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightening conductor including refixing the same after repair work complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Material and labour providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, mud stops padding and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including form work where ever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour rendering 10 mm thick on existing concrete surface of roof in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.. (Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temperature and viscosity 70–160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc. after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shell be under :– (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N /5 cms. (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d–5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shell be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only, complete all as specified and as directed. (iv) The work shall be carriout at a height upto 12 metre.

Material and labour cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 20 mm thick, machine pressed laid on screed bed and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.11 kg per sqm on APP membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only integral water proofing compound,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish , complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L rolled mild steel framed work as in chowkats of door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc. complete. drilled for fixing for steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and hanging, door fitting (inclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality 'A', complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 0.63 mm thick mild steel plain black sheeting as in covering to door shut ters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as specified.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar exceeeding half brick thick and not exceeding one brick thick wall for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall)as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face for APP Membrance, galvalume sheets etc. and filling of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating rounded or chamfered on edges, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing double shutter steel window box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed and gauged skeleton shutter fabricated from following sections :- (a) ERW hollow P section frame of size 60 mm x25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (02 Nos i.e. 01 for glazed shutter and 01 for gauzed shutter ). Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces . (b) Style and rails of window shutters shall be fabricated with ERW hollow P section of size 50 mm x25 mm made from 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and comprising of 02 Nos sash bars for glazed window leaf of T – section 20 x 03 mm thick and one No sash bar of 20 mm x 3 mm thick section for gauzed winodw leaf . (c) Vertical mullion shall be ERW hollow T -section of size 60 x 25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (d) The above steel window shall be deemed to include the following accessories/ fittings : i) Hold fast 150mm long mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm thick made to shape- 04 Nos per window ii) Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf. iii) MS tower bolt stove enamelled 150mm long- 2 Nos per leaf. iv) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 No per leaf. (v) Cleat 55 mm long of solid square 15x20x.63mm square - 01 No per leaf (vi) Pintal hinges 12 x 75 mm - 2 Nos each leaf (vii) 10mm square Guard bar @ 10 cm c/c welded to frame . (viii) Two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. (ix) 0.36mm nominal dia of stainless steel wire mesh and average width of aperture of 1.40mm fixed in gauzed skelton shutter of window with flat iron 15 x 03 mm with steel screws . (x) 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and with oil putty in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed in glass shutter of window. (xi) Fabrication and fixing arrangements as per specification including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 /cement plaster 1:4 as require and make finish good to the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frames shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery, grill and other accessoriries as mentioned above. (iii) The window upto 1.00 metre width shall consists of two leaves both for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and all the shutters are openable. The window more than 1.00 metre width shall have two openable leaves on both outer side for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and middle leaf/shutter shall be fixed type.

Supply and fixing 3mm thick frosted sheet glass ordinary quality with aluminium beading, rubber packing or oil putty in square n.exc 0.5sqm in each pane, complete , all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ball catches with 8mm dia steel ball, and brass body or magnetic catcher with striking plate including letting in and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 100mm Mild steel Butt hinge medium weight cold rolled, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 200mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolt of extruded section, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 150mm long aluminium handles, fabricated type, anodised complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel 300 mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs, including roller and roller plate including fixing to steel frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair stainless steel rod of 25 mm dia, min 1.0 mm wall thickness as in curtain rod complete incl Supply and fixing 02 Nos stainless steel brackets/finials fancy type, stops fixed with ss screws etc complete fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge. Note : For the purpose of mesurement and payment running length of curtain rod only shall be considered.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed .
