Taking down existing, galvanized steel tubing, 32 mm bore, of any grade,in trenches or fixed to poles/Walls etc,including all fittings, complete all as directed.

Taking down existing, galvanized steel tubing, 40 mm bore, of any grade,in trenches or fixed to poles/Walls etc,including all fittings, complete all as directed.

Supply and filling in dry sand in cable trenches before and after the cables are laid, as in sand cushioning to cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class ‘B’, bricks, in cable trenches, as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying old serviceable bricks, in cable trenches, as cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Old Serviceable bricks obtained from taking out vide BOQ/Schedule-A Serial Item No. 01 & 02 here in before shall be re-used.

Repair/maintenance of existing LED Light fittings fixed in poles/ buildings/watch towers/sun shelters by disconnection of electrical connections,adjustment/tightening of light fittings to fixing brackets and fixing brackets to poles/walls including replacement of PVC insulated, sheathed, unarmored multi stranded copper conductor cable, 3 core, 1.5 Sq mm size,1100 Volts grade,in connection to light fittings, complete as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of replacement of PVC insulated,sheathed, unarmored multi stranded copper conductor cable upto a length of 1.50 Metres in connection to light fittings will be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate against this item.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of aluminium paint on old painted surfaces of steel tubular swaged poles, Type 410 SP-31 (9.00 Metres Long) including cross arms, bracings, clamps etc. up to 1.5 M above PCC base and marking alternate strip horizontally of width 15 cm with one coat of synthetic enamel paint black & yellow colour above PCC base up to 1.5M height and numbering of poles with letters and figures of height 75 mm at a height 2.60 metre from ground level and including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in copings of steel tubular swaged poles foundation of approximate size 450mm (L) x 450mm (B) x 450mm (H) including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, provision of 03 (Three) Nos. 500 mm long ISA 40 x 40 x 4 mm duly welded to the pole at equidistant,painting of exposed steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and treating grouted portion of ISA embedded in concrete with coal tar paint and including demolition of existing cement concrete un reinforced,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel earth lead strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia.
