4.1.3:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12.48:Providing & fixing on roof pressed clay tile (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm nominal thickness and of approved size and as per approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately)

12.49:Providing & laying on roof pressed clay tile ridge (Mangalore tile) of 20 mm thickness and of approved pattern on steel frame work complete (steel frame work to be paid separately ).

OD96307/2023-2024:Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.35 mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 meter or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

OD96309/2023-2024:Providing and fixing 300mm PVC split pipe for rain water gutter with iron brackets 25x25mm size ,bolts and nuts and washer etc,including macking necessary connection with rain water pipe.

OD96308/2023-2024:Supplying and fitting 15 mm dia.PVC water tape including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges

5.47.2:Providing and fixing in position factory made precast RCC M-40 doors and win frames having excellent smooth finish as per IS:6523 with reinforcement of 3 Nos, 6 mm dia main bars tied with 3 mm M.S stirrups placed @ 200 mm CC nad 6 numbers high strength polymer blocks of required size for fixing hinges including providing 6 no specially designed M.S galvanised sleeves for accomodating 6 mm dia fully threaded bolts for fixing hold fast on vertical members, providing suitable arrangement for receiving sliding door bolts and tower bolt etc all complete, as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (The cost of hold fast and cc block of 1:3:6 mix is also included in the item.) The frame shall be measured in running meter correct to two places of decimal.Door frame 100 mm x 60 mm.

11.36:Providing and fixing I st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer -in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

11.37:Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

13.43.1:Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface:Water thinnable cement primer

13.40:Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade:

21.5:Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee /angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately ).

50.12.5.1:Providing and fixing false ceiling with e board classic tile or equivalent make of size 610x610x4 mm ceiling of approved quality in aluminium frame work with necessary screws etc complete ( aluminium frame work shall be paid separately)
