1 System for live attendance with facial biometrics of students in the Semester Examination 1. Registration of Candidates appearing in the exam creation of Facial ID and its updation in the master data base provided by the university (contain the general information of the candidates). 2. Impersonation Control through capturing biometric Facial Data through android device with live attendance and entering other information like Paper code, Roll number and the Answer copy number on which the candidate writing the exam and its online/ offline submission to the university. 2 Setting up a Centralized Command Center with all required resources and in which services involved are: 1. CCTV recording with Live Broadcast. 2. Checking of readiness of exam centres and deploying CCTV cameras at exam centers where CCTV camera setup is not available 3. Monitoring and managing security of exam centres. Includes manual / AI assisted centralized monitoring of CCTV feeds of the whole examination process at different examination centers. Monitoring the movement of answer copies from exam centres using GPS, CCTV and mobile apps. (Cost per exam wise per student) 2500000

Note: 1. Above work will be performed for upcoming two semester exams of AKTU for Educational year 2024-25. 2. Tentative Quantity is exam wise 12.50 Lacs students per semester exam. 3. Selection of the bidder for above project shall be done on the basis of lowest quoted (L1) Grand Total of Amount (Col-5) for Table A. The Total Cost (Col-5) for this project shall be calculated by summation of "Total" Amount quoted for respective work items. If "Total" Amount of a work item is wrongly quoted then the correctly computed value shall be considered while calculating the Total of Amount (Col-5). 4. The rates for above work items shall be quoted by the bidders keeping all the requirements of the client in mind for successful execution of the said project.
