Supplying fitting fixing of high back chair push back feature & auto tip up seat as per specification detailed below: MS black powder coated understructure with integrated, auto tip-up mechanism.Footprint area of base plate: 150mm X 230mm X 5mm thick.Backrest supporting beam width: 460mm (L) X 80 X 40 14 BG HR tube.Understructure fixed to ground by foundation expansion bolts M10 X 100 with washer and nut.Seat assembly is made of Polyurethane foam moulded with 1.5 cm. thick plywood insert as per the following dimensions:Seat size:Depth: 420.0 mm (D).Width @ rear: 440.0 mm.Width @ front: 410.0 mm.Effective seat width (W): 460.0 MM.Effective seat depth (D): 450.0 MM.Back assembly consists of Polyurethane foam moulded with MS tubular frame insert. The insert is composed of Diameter 19mm x 16BG MS tubular frame with flexible nylon support straps running across the length and width of the frame.Back size:Height: 640.0 mm (H).Width @ top: 340.0 mm.Width @ seat level: 460.0 mm.The polyurethane foam used for seat and back is moulded with density = 45+ 2 kg/c.m.Stitched fabric upholstery as per following specs.Wt.:370 gm/running meter.320 gm/running meter.Fabric width:1.35 M.Specs:100% Polyester.Vacuum formed plastic back & Mech. cover with 3mm. and 2mm. respectively avg. thickness.Armrest understructure is upholstered PU foam moulded with MS insert and Arm tops are made of seasoned wood.70mm and are offered as common / individual arm rest between chairs and take out of existing chairs, making good the injuries of floor and stacking properly at identified location within the college campus as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
