NOW Garbage Removal Clearance. Sub head Collection loading transportation disposal of construction and demolition(C and D) waste from area of CP division.

Disposal of building rubbish/Malba/Similar Unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by manual/ mechanical means, including collection from scattered site, loading, transporting and unloading the same at MCD/ Govt. approved C & D waste processing plant i.e., Shastri Park/ Burari/ Mundka/ Jahangir Puri or any other facility including weighing at plant etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per the procedure/rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, fuel, vehicle maintenance, driver, labourers, all leads and lifts (including description given at NOTE: 1 to 11 )from the site of work to the C & D waste plant. The waste processing fees deposited by the agency to the processing plant will be reimbursed by the department, and nothing shall be paid on this account. NOTE:- 1. Collection of building rubbish/Malba/Similar Unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials, etc. will be done from scattered sites of the NDMC area by deploying auto tippers make of TATA, MAHINDRA, MARUTI SUZUKI, ASHOKA LEYLAND or equivalent having minimum payload capacity of 625 KG to 2.5 ton with the Hydraulic Jack along with one driver and two Beldar (labour) as per actual need of hours for the collection of above said waste material and transferred to designated C&D collection points. The Tempo should be sent as and when required for at least 8 hours of working day or part thereof or upto maximum 50 Km running per day i.e., a shift of 8 hours working, as per requirement of department and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. 2. The agency will deploy trucks and all loading arrangement by manual/mechanical means and for transporting waste from the collection point to the plants as and when required. 4. Payment will be made on submitting the original receipt from the C&D plant after verification. 5. The agency will deploy BS VI-compliant tipper/ tempo for the day-to-day collection of C&D waste. 6. Tipper/ tempo deployed by the agency shall be equipped with a GPS device. 7. All the directions issued by NGT from time to time, such as the life span of the vehicle, covering of the vehicle with Tirpal, etc., must be followed by the agency. 8. The contractor shall be responsible for any accident and has to take all precautions to avoid any accident. Any challan by the challaning authority shall be borne by the contractor and the permission for movement of vehicles involved in work shall be taken by agency at its own by concerned authority/Delhi Traffic police. 9. In case of breakdown of vehicle alternate vehicle shall be provided by the agency . 10. Penalty @ Rs. 1000/- per shift will be levied for not providing tempo/tipper for collection of C&D waste from scattered site in NDMC area. 11. Penalty @Rs. 2000/- will be levied for not lifting the material from collection point to the C&D waste plant.
