COMPREHENSIVE MAINT AND REPAIR TO 11 KV SUBSTATION, HT PANEL, HT VCB, TRANSFORMERS AND CONNECTED INFRASTRUCTURE AT TECH AREA AT AFS BIDAR UNDER GE (AF) BIDAR

Tracing/tracing and pointing out fault in 11KV underground cable any size with the help of fault tracing machine and rectify the fault by making joints of any type and size as specified and directed to restore the supply complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i). Joint kit shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately. However, width of trenches shall be allowed for payment as per authorized width given in SSR for each size of cable. (iii) All other necessary arrangements suitable for locating the faults deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iv) T&P required for the entire job shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (v) Cable required, if any shall be measured and paid for separately. (vi) Fault & location thereof shall be traced within 12 hours of intimation by the Engineer-in-Charge. failing shall be imposed penalty of Rs 500/fault for each day cumulatively and same shall be deducted from his dues.

Disconnection & Removing the unserviceable Aluminium conductor/jumper wires from the HT 4 Pole structure and M & L for New Aluminium overhead conductor jumpers sorrounded by PVC insulation sleeves with R,Y& B color code complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (1) All the jumper wires should be replaced with New jumper wires (2) Type of conductor used for jumper shhould be RABBIT. (3) Cost deemed to be include for all the misc work such as Nut,bolts, washers, welding etc. for satisfactory completion of job . (4) Min clearance should be maintained among the conductors as per the Electricity Regulations. (5) Zero percent Sag should be maintained for each jumper wire to avoid short ckts.

Comprehensive maintenance and general servicing to switchgear (VCB) once in maint period and two visits for general checking in maint period and visits shall be as specified by Engr-In-charge and attend VCB complaints on demand/fault under maint period, duly carry insulation resistance, relay test under maint period and carring out servicing,overhauling and relay calibration by using suitable test kits, and cleaning the switch gear terminals/moving parts of electric/mechanically with suitable cleaning agents in all respects by taking care of reference drawings & specifications of OEM and incl attending complaints on faults for the same on faulty/requirement /emergency calls of any type within the maintenance period and testing to VCB/protection relay by disconnecting, opening of indoor/out door type VCB (Make : Crompton / Megawin / Yamuna Denson / ABB Ltd, Alsthom /Scheneider/L&T) of any technical specification of 11 KV grade VCB current rating 400/630/800/1250 Amps (out going feeders) Including for checking, examining complete VCB in terms of electrical and mechanical side in all respects after complete servicing with automatic facilitated operating features, and review the control switches with wiring and replacement of minor spares like fuses, wires, terminals/blocks and removing/replace unserviceable / defective spare parts with new spares under relevent items, reassembling the VCB complete in all respects upto serviceablility state of switch gear to satisfactory of Engr-In-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No above here-in-before but RMU of Two incoming and upto 03 out goings complete all as specified and as directed. Note for 5 & 6: (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of Sch 'A' as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced /repaired is deemed to be included in the item rate. (ii) Servicing shall be got carried out thorugh a approved agency of any state/Central govt CEI (chief electrical Inspectorate) (iii) Engineer shall be consider repair/servicing duly reference taken from OEM drawings and tech specifications and service engineer will submit a service report and calibration certificate for each VCB. (iv) Any minor item not included in CA and required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor & same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (v) Failing attend the lodged complaint of any mode within 24 Hours will imposed penalty of Rs 1000/fault for each day cumulatively and same shall be deducted from his dues.

Supply only potential transformer suitble for HT 11 KV grade model ECS11J or suitable to existing and conforming to IS 3156-1992, insulation class 'B' suitable for existing breakers complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Schneider or equvalent in AREVA/SIEMENS/ABB/Megawin

Supply only single phase under voltage or over voltage relay 20/110 V or 82/264V suitable for existing breakers of HT 11 KV grade complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- L&T or equvalent in MEGHAWIN/ AREVA/SIEMENS/ABB/Schenider
