Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal ofexcavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed byEngineer-in-Charge All kinds of soil :

Providing/Laying Stone soling Nallah hand packed on level in foundation trenches excluding carriages of Stones.(Under foundation trench & Floors)

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ratio using 20 mm nominal size agg excluding cost of shuttering i/c curing( all works upto lintel level)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation & plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand)

Centering and Shuttering I/c Strutting, Propping etc & removal of formwork for roof.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings,balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcment for R.C.C. work incl. straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete.

12 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 mix

P/L 40mm thick flooring with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

P/f of mild steel grills for door/window frames and shutters complete job
