FDR/ Restoration of diversion scheme at Pillak Cherra under Water Resource Sub Division Santirbazar, South Tripur

Renovation and Over houling of old roller of steel sluice gate which are rusted and make them working properly by greasing and oiling with tools and tackles as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. A)For Diversion

Supplying fitting fixing of thrust bearing (SKF 222/9C) including bearing cover, oil seal of gate roller as per sample including necessary scaffolding, consumables, labour etc for barrage gate as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

To open out existing old rubber seals and covering plate from barrage gate by cutting bolts and nuts where necessary as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting fixing at site new rubber seals for barrage gate and fixing them with new bolts, nuts and washer and punching necessary tubes in rubber seals with new covering plate. The new rubber seals are to be proper shape and size, hardwires, staging and scaffolding where necessary as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a)For Flat Shaped

Maintenace of gear boxes and over hauling of them ie. Dismantaling of gear, penion etc. and again fitting fixing the same in position after necessary maintenace as required including change of oil seal if necessary and greasing and mobiling by the contractors own labour, tools and plants as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing and replacement of damaged/ defective parts of guide shoes as required by cutting bolts nuts with special tools and tackles after proper realignment as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Realignment of sluice gates with wire rope by adjusting the rope wirth hoisting machinary and allignment of the gates in the proper line with side seal and gate roller path and fitted the lower position of the rope with the gate hinge and make them working properly necessary tools and plants and scaffolding etc. complete

Supplying and fitting fixing wire rope of required dia steel coir including 'U' bolts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and fitting fixing rope drum and pinion assembly as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in builtup section/ framed work including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required. i) In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gate and similar work all complete.

Finishing with epoxy paint ( two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture at all location prpared and applied as per manufacturers specification on new work including appropriate priming coat,preparation of surface etc. as required complete as per direction of the Enginner-in-charge On steel work

Supplying and fitting fixing of spoket chain (3/4 iunch) size of approved quality as per direction direction of Engineer-in-charge

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kind of soil

Manufacturing of cement concrete block with mix 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 river sand :8 Jhama brick aggregate of 40mm nominal size) including centering & shuttering of size 0.45m x 0.45 m x 0.00 m and engraving the serial number of each block as per direction ofthe Engineer-in-charge

Placing of sand cement/ cement concrete blocks of size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.30m in slope of river bank and in river bed including preparation of bed or launching apron as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree landings, balconies,shelves,chajjas, lintels, bents, plain windows sills,staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor 5 level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 fine sand : 3 graded well burnt brick aggregate of 20mm nonimal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto floor five level Thermo-Mechanically treated bars of grade Fe 500D or more

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified gradeexclufing the cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level i) 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 fine sand :4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20mm nonimal size)

Supplying bamboo ( first class) 85mm to 100 mm dia and making shoe with end tappered upto 300mm from the bottom of the bamboo as per drawing and specification

Handling and driving bamboo ( first class) 85mm to 100mm dia upto the length required by heavy hammer as per drawing and specification

Proving and fitting fixing bamboo ( first class) 85mm to 100mm dia for horizontal, diagonal bracing, strut etc. with nails/ spikes and binding wire ( G.I. 2.00 mm ) as per drawing and specification

Providing and placing of gunny/ polythene ( of minimum wall thickness of 500 micron) bags filled with sand (of minimum quantity of 0.034 cum ) and properly manually stiched to avoid any leakage of sand as per specification
