Required1. Bidder should have an experience of supplying the similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any reputed organization and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as Performance certificates/PO copies of the similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection.

Required2. Bidder must submit Sample of each item within 10 days after bid submission closing date for verification of quality, dimensions and suitability. Only short listed bidders whose sample has been approved will be considered for opening of the price bid.

RequiredBidder should upload quotation without price on their letter head mentioning offered material, HSN code and updated GST rate against each item.
